Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
• Excellent oral communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with students, staff and partner institutions.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of transfer-in and transfer‑intending students with proactive coaching and follow‑up.
• Coordinate transfer-focused onboarding and programming with campus and university partners.
• Prepare regular reports on coaching engagement, program participation, persistence, and transfer outcomes.
• Support transfer-related events, workshops and outreach activities.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure data quality across college systems.
