Job summary

EY in McLean, VA seeks a Manager for Transfer Pricing within International Tax Services (Tax). You will analyze international client operations, prepare TP documentation, and support APAs while guiding a diverse team and maintaining client relationships.

The role requires strong technical TP knowledge and the ability to deliver high-quality tax planning solutions. Full-time, Monday–Friday, 40 hours weekly, with up to 25% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, Finance, Law, Mathematics, Policy Analysis, Tax or a related field.
• 4+ years of transfer pricing planning, documentation or controversy work in a mid-size to national firm or legal entity.
• Experience preparing APA documentation and economic analyses.

Responsibilities

• Apply economic/financial knowledge to deliver transfer pricing advice across planning, accounting, compliance and controversy.
• Build client relationships and demonstrate knowledge of client business.
• Perform transfer pricing analyses reflecting international operations.
• Prepare TP documentation and participate in APAs; review TP sections of quarterly tax provisions.
• Defend transfer pricing in audits and assist in valuation of intangibles.
• Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills; monitor progress to deliver quality client services.
• Demonstrate technical capabilities and professional knowledge; maintain long-term client networks.
