Martinrea is seeking a skilled press operator to operate a range of presses from 75 to 1,600 tons, ensuring quality and productivity. You will assist with setups, perform die changes, and complete production documentation in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Ideal candidates have experience with transfer presses, automation systems, and a solid understanding of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001:2015. Overtime and on-site duties are expected in Tulsa, OK.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with Transfer Presses and Progressive/Hand Transfer Presses.
• Experience with Atlas and HMS Transfer Automation.
• Experience with set-up and die change.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001: 2015.

Responsabilités

• Operate a variety of presses from 75 to 1,600 ton, ensuring quality and productivity.
• Assist with set up's as necessary and complete all documentation.
• Operate hand transfer and progressive die operation and/or perform other duties as instructed.
• Troubleshoot automation issues (decoiler, feeder, die, etc.).
• Follow work instructions and meet production quotas.
• Maintain quality by notifying supervisor of any quality issues and documenting accordingly.

Job Summary:

Operate a variety of presses from 75 to 1,600 ton, while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. Assist with set up's as necessary and complete all necessary documentation.

Major Accountabilities

• Operate hand transfer and progressive die operation and/or perform other duties according to specific job instructions (i.e. coil replacement)
• Problem solve automation problems as they arise (i.e. decoiler, feeder, die, etc.)
• Follow work instructions and verbal directions to meet targeted production quotas
• Ensure that only quality parts are passed onto the next operation, notify supervisor of quality related problems immediately
• Complete all necessary documentation (production reports, quality alerts etc.) correctly and in a timely manner. Ask for assistance as required
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent;

• Experience with Atlas and HMS Transfer Automation
• Experience with set-up and die change;

Job Type - Full Time

Salary: $21.57 - $21.57 per hour
