Martinrea is seeking a skilled press operator in Tulsa, OK to operate 75 to 1,600 ton presses, assist with set-ups, and document production activities. You will ensure quality parts, resolve automation issues, and comply with safety and environmental policies.

Ideal candidates have high school diplomas and hands-on experience with transfer presses, Atlas/HMS automation, and die-changing procedures. Overtime and plant-floor work are expected as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with Transfer Presses and Progressive/Hand Transfer Presses.
• Experience with Atlas and HMS Transfer Automation.
• Experience with set-up and die change.
• Knowledge of IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of ISO 14001:2015.

Responsabilités

• Operate hand transfer and progressive die operations per job instructions.
• Troubleshoot automation problems (decoiler, feeder, die).
• Follow work instructions to meet production quotas.
• Ensure only quality parts are passed to next operation; notify supervisor of quality issues.
• Complete production reports and quality alerts accurately and timely.
• Adhere to Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental policies.

Job Summary

Operate a variety of presses from 75 to 1,600 ton, while ensuring quality and productivity standards are met. Assist with set up's as necessary and complete all necessary documentation

Major Accountabilities

• Operate hand transfer and progressive die operation and/or perform other duties according to specific job instructions (i.e. coil replacement)
• Problem solve automation problems as they arise (i.e. decoiler, feeder, die, etc.)
• Follow work instructions and verbal directions to meet targeted production quotas
• Ensure that only quality parts are passed onto the next operation, notify supervisor of quality related problems immediately
• Complete all necessary documentation (production reports, quality alerts etc.) correctly and in a timely manner. Ask for assistance as required
• Abide by all Company polices including, but not limited to the following: Health and Safety, Quality and Environmental Systems, Human Resources policies, and the Martinrea Employee Handbook

Qualification

• High school diploma or equivalent;
• Experience with Transfer Presses and Progressive/Hand Transfer Presses
• Experience with Atlas and HMS Transfer Automation
• Experience with set-up and die change;
• Knowledge of IATF 16949
• Knowledge of ISO 14001: 2015
