Job summary

Broadridge is seeking a Transfer Operations Team Lead to oversee daily review and processing of stock transfer operations, including shareholder and DTC presentations. You will guide team members, handle escalations, and drive process improvements across departments to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in a corporate environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• 3+ years of prior Transfer Agent experience or financial industry experience preferred.
• Strong follow up skills.
• Detail oriented with ability to recognize errors in own and others' work.
• Able to multitask and prioritize critical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve shareholder and DTC presentations for various stock transfer types (routine, inheritance, gift, cost basis, DRIP/DSPP enrollments, new issuances, restricted stock).
• Lead special projects to gain efficiencies and reduce costs.
• Partner with other departments to resolve day-to-day issues.
• Assist with testing requirements from system enhancement projects.
• Resolve escalations from shareholders, clients, and system issues and drive to resolution.
• Monitor daily SLAs to ensure commitments are met.
