Job summary

SEI Investments Company is seeking a detail-oriented Free Asset Movement Analyst to support the transfer of customer accounts on a time-sensitive schedule. You will process transfers, review documents, and respond to client inquiries with professionalism.

Ideal candidates have an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience, strong Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• Preference for Accounting, Finance or Business related field.

Responsibilities

• Process and service activities for team function.
• Review and enter client information and transactions into multiple systems.
• Setting up securities, general account maintenance, and some level of client contact.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Work on special projects as needed.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement solutions as assigned.
• Interact with multiple operational processing teams.
• Maintain confidentiality, quality and privacy.
• Manage time-sensitive delivery schedules.
• Receive and prioritize Account Transfer Documentation from clients.
• Perform quality assurance checks of transfer documentation.
• Reject unsatisfactory documentation with clear specifics.
• Read and understand brokerage/investment statements to verify assets.
• Follow-up with contra-brokers to ensure transfers proceed.
• Log call details to transfers tracking database.
