Job summary

Fidelity Investments Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Transfer of Assets team member to facilitate asset movements into Fidelity accounts by analyzing account details and resolving issues for complex transactions.

You will interact with multiple groups across Fidelity and the broader financial services industry to ensure accurate and timely transfers. The role emphasizes delivering efficient processing, maintaining a client-first mindset, strong time management, and ongoing learning to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Series 7 preferred (not required).
• 2+ years of brokerage operations or financial services experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Deliver superior service to all our clients by processing their requests in an accurate and timely manner
• Analytical skills will ensure satisfactory problem resolution for our clients and deliver solutions to complex challenges.
• Grow and succeed through feedback and instruction
• Great organization and time management skills
• Effective written and verbal communication will assist business partners and customers when requests are not in good order
• Take the initiative to learn new functions and engage in inter-departmental training
• Identify opportunities to develop new procedures on an on-going basis to enhance the documentation process
• Use multiple systems to analyze transactions
• Collaborate to develop an excellent work environment
