Apex Fintech Solutions seeks an Operations Specialist (Account Transfers) to support day-to-day custody and clearing operations with a focus on account transfers (ACATS, Non-ACATS, direct transfers).

The role emphasizes accuracy, strong analytical skills, and collaboration in a fast-paced team. Candidates should have 2–3 years in financial services, FINRA SIE, and Series 99, with Series 7 preferred.

Qualificações

• 2–3 years’ experience in the financial industry (securities processing, brokerage operations, or related)
• Bachelor degree in Finance or Business Administration or equivalent
• FINRA SIE and FINRA Series 99 required (or willingness to obtain within 90 days); Series 7 preferred

Responsabilidades

• Process account transfers (ACATS, Non-ACATS, direct transfers)
• Provide day-to-day operational support for custody and clearing services
• Assist with remediation of transfer failures or errors
• Ensure compliance and supervisory oversight of transfers; detect and prevent fraud
