  • Maintain rules for articulating external credit and create new rules as appropriate.
Support College Study Abroad
  • Respond to requests from students to enroll in international coursework and affirm expected equivalencies as part of the university's Education Abroad Program. Provide support and expertise in the completion and correction of such requests.

Support Pre-Matriculation Transfer Operations
  • Contribute to the cross-team effort to enter, articulate, and post credit for incoming students prior to their matriculation to UVA, as directed by the Transfer Credit Manager.
  • Participate meaningfully in the planning, and post-cycle reviews for each matriculation cycle. Provide feedback and recommendations as appropriate.
Support Office Operations
  • Work with the Transfer Credit team to service the shared inboxes related to College transfer credit.
  • Cross-train to support domestic post-matriculation transfer credit and test credit operations.
  • Maintain positive working relationships with the members of College Registrar's office.
