The Franklin County Auditor’s Office seeks a Transfer & Conveyance Team Lead to join the Real Estate team. This full-time role requires an associate degree and 2+ years of related experience; real estate background preferred.

As lead Transfer and Conveyance specialist you will review and interpret documents, apply Ohio Revised Code, and ensure accuracy and compliance in property transfers. You will supervise and train staff, assist with daily registrar balancing, manage conveyance forms and

Competenze

• Two or more years of related experience; real estate background preferred.
• Associate degree or higher in a related field is required or preferred.
• Strong understanding of property conveyance processes and public service skills.

Mansioni

• Review and interpret legal documents to determine proper conveyance of property.
• Calculate conveyance fees and process transfers including arms-length sales and annexations.
• Verify ownership, legal descriptions, parcel numbers, and tax mailing addresses; monitor daily workflow.
• Serve as the public-facing SME for conveyance inquiries and assist walk-in customers.
