Qualifications

• BSN required; Master's preferred.
• 3 years nursing experience in critical care or trauma care setting.
• CCRN preferred.
• Knowledge of EMTALA and transfer regulations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinates, enhances and executes the Transfer Center program.
• Promote staff proficiency in the care of transferred patients.
• Assist with development and implements interdisciplinary strategies for providing a coordinated care program for transferred patients.
