The role requires NY RN licensure, 1 year of RN experience, and transfer center familiarity. You will work PM shifts, 3 shifts per week, on a 13-week assignment with focus on safe, efficient throughput.

Qualifications

• Active New York RN license at submission.
• Minimum 1 year of RN experience.
• Transfer Center experience required.
• Strong knowledge of acute care and critical care populations.
• Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, prioritization, and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple patient transfers simultaneously.
• Familiarity with bed management and throughput operations.
