Job summary

Boston Medical Center is looking for a Transfer Center Nurse responsible for overseeing patient admissions and transfers. This role demands strong clinical knowledge along with the ability to communicate effectively with various healthcare stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience, an Associate degree in Nursing, and hold a Registered Nurse license in Massachusetts. The position requires night shifts and every 3rd weekend work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience.
• Commitment to complete BSN within four years if RN is not yet completed.
• Equivalence in education or experience is acceptable.

• Coordinate patient admissions and transfers efficiently.
