Piedmont Atlanta Hospital is seeking a nurse leader to coordinate patient transfers from referring facilities, ensuring seamless movement of complex cases to our hospital. You will oversee the transfer process to optimize patient care and overall efficiency, coordinating with multiple teams to maintain smooth patient flow throughout the facility.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Nursing or related field, with a Master’s preferred, and an RN license in Georgia.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• 5 years inpatient hospital experience with 2 years in a leadership capacity required.
• RN Georgia licensure required.
