Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assign beds for PAH.
• Evaluate, coordinate, and document patient transfers into PAH.
• Collaborate with physician offices, ED, inpatient units, surgical services and procedural areas.
• Assess patients for most appropriate level of immediate care and optimal bed placement.
