Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Norfolk, VA is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Transfer Center Bed Flow Coordinator role. This full-time night shift position (36 hours per week) focuses on coordinating patient transfers and capacity management to ensure timely placements.

You will assess needs, collaborate with ICU/ED and other teams, and document care plans while maintaining high standards of nursing care across patient populations. RN license and 2 years acute care experience required.

• RN license and active registration
• Minimum 2 years of recent acute care experience
• Experience in ICU, ED or Transfer Center preferred
• Ability to multitask, type with reasonable speed, and take accurate notes

The base pay range for full-time employment is $47.47 - $69.73 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
