Job summary

Pitch Perfect Solutions is seeking experienced transfer agents to join our remote team. You’ll handle outbound calls, verify customer details, and pre-qualify interest using a simple script, then transfer qualified leads to licensed insurance agents.

Base pay is $15/hour with commissions and weekly bonuses; top performers average $25+/hour. Bi-weekly direct deposit and supportive scripts are provided.

Qualifications

• Prior call center or transfer agent experience preferred.
• PC or laptop with Windows 10+ and wired internet only.
• Must be able to work full shift consistently.

• Upload Sped of 30 mbps minimum
• Wired internet only (no Wi-Fi or hotspot)
• USB headset with mic
• Ability to work your full shift consistently.
