Liliam Cardot-Farmers Insurance Agency in Phoenix is seeking a motivated Telemarketer/Lead Generator to join our team. You will be the first point of contact, performing outbound calls to qualify prospects and transfer to licensed agents.

This role offers a flexible schedule and hands-on training.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Prospecting: Conduct high-volume outbound calls daily to prospective clients using our dialing system.
• Live Transfers: Successfully qualify leads and execute live, warm transfers to insurance agents.
• Data Collection: Gather accurate and relevant information from prospects to update our CRM database.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule follow-up appointments and consultations for the sales team.
• Brand Representation: Maintain a professional, positive, and helpful demeanor on every call.

We are seeking a motivated, high-energy, and results-driven Telemarketer / Lead Generator to join our growing team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients.
