Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University seeks a student-centered, detail-oriented Transfer Academic Evaluator to support prospective and current transfer students at the Daytona Beach Campus. • Experience advising or interacting with students and the ability to troubleshoot student issues.
• Familiarity with Registrar's Office operations and industry best practices.
• Ability to work weekend or evening hours as needed during peak periods.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate previously earned course credit and determine ERAU course equivalencies.
• Generate detailed progress-toward-degree reports through the EAB Transfer Portal.
• Build and maintain course equivalency rules within the Student Information System.
• Maintain SIS tables and review expired course equivalency rules for accuracy.
• Partner with Admissions to support Transfer Portal processes and ensure academic policies and course equivalency requirements are followed.
• Develop employee training materials and business process manuals for the EAB Transfer Portal.
• Collaborate with technical staff to improve processes, streamline functionality and produce ad hoc reports.
• Co-facilitate transfer student sessions during Orientation and assist with Transfer Student Orientation and Admissions Preview Day.
• Update individual Academic Advising Reports (AAR) based on program or catalog changes, advanced standing or placement, course substitutions, equivalency exams and flight certificates.

Job Description

The Opportunity

Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University (ERAU) seeks a student-centered, detail-oriented Transfer Academic Evaluator to support prospective and current transfer students at our Daytona Beach Campus. Reporting to the Associate Registrar, this position serves as a primary resource for transfer credit evaluation and helps students understand how previously completed coursework may apply toward an Embry-Riddle degree.

The Transfer Academic Evaluator serves as a primary point of contact for the EAB Transfer Portal, providing course equivalency determinations and academic degree information to prospective students. This role evaluates progress toward degree completion, educates pre-applicant students on academic programs, policies and procedures, and supports excellence in student service throughout the transfer process.

In this role, you will maintain accurate transfer course equivalencies and student information system data, collaborate closely with Admissions and technical teams, and identify opportunities to improve processes and functionality. Key responsibilities include:

Compensation
The annual salary range for this role isup to$43,888. The final offer will be based on the candidate’s skills, qualifications, and experience, as well as applicable state regulations, internal equity, and business needs, and may fall outside of the stated range.

• Experience working with various software solutions and/or implementing software solutions.
