In this role, you will deliver friendly, professional, end-to-end service to students across multiple service channels, including in person, by phone, email, and online. The counselor serves as a trusted resource for students, providing guidance on academic progress, degree completion, financial aid, student accounts, registration, enrollment, and other complex student matters. Using sound professional judgment, you will help resolve issues, promote student success, and contribute to improved retention and graduation outcomes.

The Integrated Student Services Counselor develops expertise in student business services, including registration and enrollment, student records, financial aid, student accounts, and financial literacy. Success in this position requires excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, a commitment to outstanding customer service, and the ability to confidently navigate complex or sensitive situations involving students and their families. Counselors are expected to build meaningful relationships with students, communicate effectively with a diverse population and provide thoughtful guidance from enrollment through graduation.

As a member of ERNIE Central, you will help fulfill the University’s mission of providing seamless, integrated student services by ensuring students have effortless access to the information, guidance, and support they need to achieve their academic goals. This role also collaborates closely with departments and administrative partners across the University to deliver a consistent, student-focused experience that advances Embry-Riddle’s commitment to student success.
