Qualifications

• Master's degree in bioinformatics or related field required.
• 1–3 years experience processing large data sets with computational pipelines for single-cell transcriptomics.
• Knowledge of computational bioinformatics methods for large-scale transcriptomic and proteomic data.
• Ability to collaborate with experimental scientists and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform data processing and specialized computational analyses of large-scale transcriptomic RNA sequencing datasets for three multi-PI projects.
