Responsibilities

• Analyze genomics data using established and developing computational pipelines.
• Perform data processing for bulk RNA-seq, ATAC-seq, and single nucleus RNA-seq.
• Collaborate with lab members to interpret results and ensure statistically sound experiments.
• Support students in the lab and help implement computational methods.
