Responsibilities

• Run calculations on genomics datasets generated by lab projects.
• Apply established computational pipelines to support data processing and analysis.
• Develop new computational pipelines by adapting from previously existing methods when required.
• Assist with additional computational and statistical problems that arise with lab work.
• Carry out all data processing in close collaboration with lab members.
• Provide support to students associated with the lab.
• Support statistically sound genomics experiments alongside lab personnel.
