Job summary

Magna Legal Services is seeking a detail-oriented Transcript Importer to support the review, production, and delivery of legal transcripts. You will manage order and document details in our custom web-based application, coordinate standard and rush requests, and work with clients and court reporters to resolve questions.

This role emphasizes accuracy, organization, and proactive communication to ensure on-time delivery and high-quality transcript packages.

Responsibilities

• Review transcripts and related order information for accuracy, completeness, consistency, and client requirements.
• Create and update orders, documents, and job notes in our custom web-based application, completing detailed quality checks at each stage.
• Prepare and produce final transcript packages, verifying required files, instructions, and delivery details.
• Coordinate standard, rush, web-submitted, and special requests to support client deadlines and company expectations.
• Respond to clients and court reporters by phone and email to answer questions, clarify requirements, and resolve discrepancies.
• Prioritize multiple jobs and turnaround times, escalating issues that could affect accuracy or on-time delivery.
• Partner with internal teams to support smooth handoffs, consistent processes, and a high-quality client experience.
• Assist with additional transcript-production and administrative responsibilities as business needs evolve.
