Job summary

The role supports the firm’s Global Document Services, handling statements, letters, and various printed materials across multiple business lines. You will work with high-speed equipment, ensure output quality, and perform routine reconciling tasks.

Qualifications

• Physical stamina to lift 40–70 lbs and move 200 lbs supplies.
• Ability to stand and walk for 8–10-hour shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Operate Pitney Bowes and Bell and Howell high-speed insertion equipment daily to process statements and letters.
• Validate material quality and output quality on an ongoing basis.
• Reconcile input versus output using basic math.
