Qualifications

Must be able to lift 25–40 lbs and handle 200 lb supplies using approved industrial carts.
Follow detailed instructions and procedures with high accuracy.
Adapt to changing priorities, new processes, and technology, with leadership direction.
Collaborate effectively with internal partners and stakeholders.
Prioritize daily workload to meet SLAs and deadlines.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused work area.
Willingness to cross-train across multiple areas as needed.

Responsibilities

Complete training across core functions within Embossing and Insertion areas.
Operate various production equipment and machinery as assigned.
Perform detailed quality inspections of cards and statements to identify defects.
Troubleshoot production issues including equipment malfunctions and data discrepancies.
Execute work accurately to meet Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Promote strong internal controls by documenting and communicating issues.
Review production data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.
Follow regulations, policies, and SOPs related to card and statement production.
