Goodwin Procter LLP seeks a highly qualified associate to join the Tax practice. The candidate should be a J.D. Class 2022-2023 with 3–4 years of experience in general transactional tax work.

The Tax group advises clients on a broad range of transactional tax matters, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, partnerships, LLCs, and fund formation, as well as real estate transactions and capital markets. The role requires close collaboration with the corporate practice.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in general transactional tax work.
• Experience advising on mergers, acquisitions and divestitures is preferred.
• JD or equivalent law degree is required.

Mansioni

• Advise clients on a broad range of transactional tax matters.
• Collaborate with the corporate practice on mergers, acquisitions, and related tax issues across real estate, private equity, and capital markets transactions.
