Transactional Real Estate Paralegal – New York

Our global investment firm client is looking for a New York–based Transactional Real Estate Paralegal. The role is fully in-office and supports a high-volume transactions team handling real estate and capital markets matters. They’re seeking someone with law firm–based transactional experience (in‑house is a plus) in areas like real property transactions (titles, mortgages, surveys, zoning), financing/acquisitions, rate caps/SWAPs, KYC, loan docs, diligence, closing binders, and coordination with external counsel. Experience managing deal documentation and juggling multiple transactions is important.

Pay Range

Base pay: $110,000.00/yr – $130,000.00/yr
