You will handle transactional matters, manage multiple projects, oversee staff, and ensure compliance with local real estate requirements in a collaborative, growth‑driven environment.

Formación

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic in previous roles.
• Proficiency with Microsoft operating systems and advanced software applications.
• Availability during standard business hours, with flexibility for some evenings and weekends.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to manage client relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings both over the phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
