Job summary

Connectly Recruiting in Nashville is seeking an ambitious attorney to join a thriving legal team focused on real estate, corporate, and contract law. You will engage in transactional matters, interact with clients, and have opportunities for public speaking.

You will manage a high volume of projects, draft and review contracts and corporate documents, conduct client meetings by phone and in person, and lead corporate client meetings while ensuring compliance with county real estate and recorder

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant experience in real estate, corporate, or contract law.
• Demonstrated dedication and a strong work ethic in previous roles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and advanced software applications.
• Availability during standard business hours, with some evenings and weekends for client meetings.
• Exemplary personal skills and the ability to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings by phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Efficiently manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
