• Proficiency in Microsoft operating systems and advanced software applications.
• Availability during standard business hours with some evenings/weekends for meetings.
• Excellent client management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of projects and oversee administrative staff.
• Draft and review contracts, easements, opinion letters, and corporate documents.
• Conduct client meetings by phone and in person.
• Lead and chair corporate client meetings.
• Ensure compliance with county real estate and recorder requirements.
• Effectively manage electronic task lists and billing processes.
