Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.

• Experience with institutional clients and landlord-tenant leases.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a wide range of commercial leasing documents, including leases, amendments, renewals, and terminations.
• Handling all aspects of transactional real estate work including due diligence, acquisition, disposition, financing, and leasing.
• Managing and coordinating real estate transaction closings.
• Advising institutional clients on the legal aspects of real estate transactions.
• Preparing and negotiating term sheets and purchase/sale agreements.
• Providing legal advice on landlord and tenant‑side leases.
• Conducting thorough legal research and due diligence on various real estate matters.
• Collaborating with other attorneys and professionals on multi‑disciplinary projects.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• 1. A Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.
• 2. A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Transactional Real Estate Attorney with a focus on commercial leasing.
• 3. Active membership in good standing with the New York State Bar.
• 4. Demonstrated experience in drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial lease agreements.
• 5. Proven track record of managing real estate transactions including due diligence, closing coordination, and transactional deal management.
• 6. Extensive experience working with institutional clients and handling landlord‑and‑tenant‑side leases.
• 7. Strong knowledge of real estate law and proven experience in preparing and negotiating term sheets and purchase/sale agreements.
• 8. Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• 9. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• 10. Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
