The role concentrates on transactional matters involving financial institutions, including banks and credit unions, with an emphasis on secured transactions and commercial lending.

You will handle drafting, negotiating, and advising on complex real estate transactions while ensuring compliance with applicable UCC Article 9 provisions.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• 2+ years of transactional real estate experience.
• Experience with secured transactions and commercial lending.
• Working knowledge of Article 9 of the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC).
• Experience representing financial institutions, banks, or credit unions preferred.
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $170,000 – $250,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
