Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of commercial real estate transactional experience.
  • Comfortable with lease, purchase/sale, and diligence work.
  • Strong drafting, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Real estate finance experience a plus, but not required.
  • Member of the Georgia Bar, or eligible to waive in/sit for the exam.
  • Previous experience at a top-tier law firm strongly preferred.
  • JD from an accredited U.S. law school with strong academic performance.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documentation.
  • Conduct due diligence including title, survey, and entity authorization reviews.
  • Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, development projects, and commercial leasing.

Location: Atlanta, GA

Experience: 3–5 Years PQE | Commercial Real Estate Transactions

A nationally recognized Am Law 100 firm is seeking a mid-level Real Estate Associate (3–5 years PQE) to join its growing Atlanta-based real estate team. The role offers exposure to high-value commercial real estate matters across acquisitions, dispositions, development, and leasing—working alongside a collaborative and respected nationwide group.

About The Role

Join a high-performing real estate team trusted by major institutional clients and private developers to advise on complex real estate deals nationwide. You’ll be fully integrated from day one, drafting key documents, managing due diligence, and contributing meaningfully to major transactions with experienced partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Draft, review, and negotiate purchase/sale agreements, leases, and other real estate documentation

Compensation

Base Salary: Competitive within the Am Law 100 range (Atlanta market)

Bonuses: Discretionary bonus potential based on performance and billable contribution
