Rush University Medical Center in Chicago seeks a seasoned paralegal to support transactional legal work within the RUSH Legal Affairs department. You will handle contract processing, review agreements, and assist in managing the Agiloft system for Rush and affiliated entities.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5 years of paralegal experience (3 years in transactional work). Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is essential, with strong organizational and communication skills

Pay Range: $34.89 - $50.63 per hour

In conjunction with the Senior Associate General Counsel -RCMC and members of the Office of Legal Affairs (OLA), this position is responsible for assisting in the management of transactional legal agreements for Rush University System for Health and all subsidiary and affiliate entities. This role reports directly to the Senior Associate General Counsel – RCMC and partners with Sourcing, Corporate Finance and system contract requestors and leaders as needed to ensure oversight and appropriateness of legal contractual arrangements.
