Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required.
• 5 years paralegal experience with 3 years in transactional paralegal work.
• Health care industry familiarity preferred.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Experience with contract management systems.

Responsibilities

• Proficient in Rush contract management system, Agiloft, from initial draft through execution.
• Reviews and drafts various legal contracts and advises on potential risks.
• Assists in day-to-day management of Agiloft contract records.
• Educates and supports end users in Agiloft contracting processes.
• Tracks and manages Agiloft portfolio of agreements, auditing attachments.
• Negotiates contract changes with vendors under guidance of senior counsel.
• Manages incoming requests for legal review of corporate transactions.
• Maintains library of pre-approved forms, templates, clauses, and documents.
• Performs general corporate transactional support.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.
