You will advise hospitals, health systems and providers on Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback, licensing, enrollment, billing and compliance, including due diligence for M&A, audits and investigations. Dallas or Houston. 4–8 years PQE. Salary $290,000–$390,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of regulatory healthcare experience.
• Strong experience with Stark Law and Anti‑Kickback Statute.
• Experience advising hospitals and health systems on regulatory matters.

Responsibilities

• Advise healthcare providers on regulatory compliance, licensing and enrolment.
• Lead regulatory due diligence for M&A transactions in the healthcare sector.
• Assist with audits, investigations and ongoing compliance programs.
• Support billing, reimbursement issues and government payor matters.
