Job summary

BCL Legal Limited in Texas is seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate to strengthen its national Healthcare Practice with a leading international law firm.

You will advise hospitals, health systems and providers on Stark Law, Anti‑Kickback, licensing, enrollment, billing and compliance, including due diligence for M&A, audits and investigations. Dallas or Houston. 4–8 years PQE. Salary $290,000–$390,000 depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of regulatory healthcare experience.
• Strong experience with Stark Law and Anti‑Kickback Statute.
• Experience advising hospitals and health systems on regulatory matters.

Texas | Healthcare Regulatory Associate | 4-8 PQE

I'm working with a leading international law firm looking to strengthen its Healthcare Practice with the appointment of a Healthcare Regulatory Associate in Texas.

The role will involve advising healthcare providers and industry participants on a broad range of regulatory and compliance matters, including:

• Stark Law and Anti-Kickback Statute
• Fraud and abuse, provider compensation and corporate practice of medicine
• Provider and facility licensing and government payor enrolment
• Billing, reimbursement and overpayment matters
• Regulatory compliance, audits and investigations
• Telehealth
• Healthcare regulatory due diligence in connection with M&A transactions

The firm is particularly interested in attorneys with substantial experience advising hospitals, health systems, physician groups and other healthcare providers, alongside strong transactional due diligence experience.

Experience: 4-8 years

Locations: Dallas or Houston

Salary: $290,000-$390,000, depending on experience.
