Job summary

Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP is seeking a Transactional, Experience & Content Specialist to support the Business Development team in capturing and maintaining the firm's transactional experience.

You will work with lawyers and BD colleagues to draft client-ready experience descriptions for pitches, proposals, and directory submissions, and ensure data accuracy across experience platforms using AI-assisted tools.

Qualifications

• JD preferred or transactional paralegal experience with strong knowledge of transactional terminology.
• Experience writing deal descriptions and summaries for pitches and proposals.
• Familiar with CRM/experience management systems.

Responsibilities

• Update and maintain transactional matter records in the firm’s experience database and collect deal details from lawyers and teams.
• Draft and refine deal descriptions, representative experience lists, and transaction summaries for pitches and proposals.
• Translate complex transactional work into concise, client focused language and use AI tools to summarize and classify matters.
• Prepare tailored experience lists for RFPs, pitches, client proposals, and directory submissions; collaborate across teams.
