WilmerHale in San Francisco is seeking a Business Development Specialist (Transactional) to support revenue-generating initiatives and firm visibility across key practice areas.

You will prepare persuasive pitches, assist with events and sponsorships, and conduct market research to provide insights for lawyers. The role collaborates with Public Relations and Digital Marketing to promote deals and highlights.

• Lead or support planning and execution of firm events, webinars, client entertainment and receptions; manage RSVPs and follow-up.
• Coordinate sponsorships and memberships to maximize benefits.
• Conduct market and company research; translate insights into actionable recommendations for lawyers.
• Gather intelligence on legal industry trends to inform strategy and competitive positioning.
