Qualifications

• Minimum eight to ten years of experience in legal business development or related field.
• Experience with regulated industries or financial services preferred.
• Ability to translate data into actionable business development strategies.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted business development advisor to partners and practice leaders to develop and implement strategic plans.
• Identify growth priorities, target clients, and cross-sell opportunities across practices and geographies.
• Lead pitches, proposals, and RFP responses in collaboration with attorneys.
• Develop deep knowledge of SFS practices, clients, industries, and regulatory developments to identify opportunities.
• Plan and execute client events, sponsorships, seminars, and BD programs.
• Partner with attorneys on client initiatives, relationship mapping, and growth strategies.
• Oversee submissions for SFS directories and awards as needed.
• Collaborate with marketing to advance thought leadership opportunities.
