The role combines in-house technology transactions expertise with actionable feedback for AI systems. Remote work enables collaboration with cross-functional product and research teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
