Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking a seasoned transactional attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project. You will review contracts, perform redlining, and negotiate scenarios while providing expert feedback to enhance AI-generated legal analysis.

The role requires in-house experience with MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives, and you will work closely with product and research teams in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
