Job summary

YO AI Labs is seeking an experienced transactional attorney to support a legal AI training project. You will draft, review, and redline contracts, and negotiate MSAs/NDAs/ISDAs while evaluating AI-generated responses for accuracy and usefulness.

You will provide expert feedback to improve AI outputs and help shape legal AI workflows in collaboration with product and research teams. The role is remote with exposure to fast-paced, cross-functional environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
