Job summary

YO AI Labs seeks an experienced Transactional Attorney to support a legal AI training and evaluation project remotely. You will review contracts, perform redlining and negotiation exercises, and provide expert feedback to improve AI-generated legal analysis.

Key responsibilities include drafting and redlining contracts, evaluating AI responses to contract scenarios, and collaborating with product and research teams to build robust legal AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of in-house experience focused on technology transactions.
• Strong experience negotiating MSAs, NDAs, ISDAs, and derivatives.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to translate legal expertise into actionable feedback for AI systems.
• Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
