Job summary

Boly-Welch Inc., a boutique Lake Oswego firm, is expanding its business practice and seeks an experienced transactional attorney to advise high-net-worth clients on complex matters. You’ll handle entity formation, restructuring, and expansions, draft documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on exceptional service.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of experience in transactional law.
• Oregon State Bar membership required.
• JD required; MBA or entrepreneurial experience preferred.

Your New Role

This highly regarded boutique Lake Oswego firm is growing their business practice. They’re seeking an experienced and business-minded Transactional Attorney capable of advising high-net-worth clients on complex transactional matters.

You’ll work directly with clients as you provide them with strategic advice on a range of business matters including entity formation, restructuring, and expansion. Additionally, you’ll draft transactional documents, negotiate on behalf of clients, and facilitate complex transactions.

Exceptional client service and business development skills are essential for this role. You’ll need to be able to work independently and maintain strong client relationships.

You’ll have a hybrid schedule with three or four in-office days each week.
