Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate company formation and partnership agreements
• Support acquisition transactions, including both asset and equity purchases
• Assist with due diligence, deal structuring, and closing documentation
• Work directly with clients and senior attorneys on a variety of business transactions

What We Offer

• The annual salary for this position is between $150,000 and $200,000. Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
