LHH Recruitment Solutions is assisting a respected boutique law firm in Orange County in its search for a Junior Transactional Attorney. This role offers sophisticated transactional work, meaningful client interaction, and mentorship within a collaborative, growth‑oriented environment.

The position requires at least 1 year of transactional experience, JD from an accredited law school, and active California Bar admission.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of transactional, corporate, or related real estate experience.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating agreements.
• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Active California Bar admission and good standing.
• Strong analytical, drafting, and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Assist on sophisticated transactional matters with partner mentorship.
• Draft, review, and negotiate agreements for clients.
• Provide meaningful client interaction and contribute to relationship building.

Base Salary: $140,000 - $180,000 annually
