Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. seeks a transactional associate attorney to join its corporate and business transaction group in Phoenix, AZ. The role involves supporting mergers and acquisitions, liability matters, business formation, planning, and closely-held business client issues.

The candidate will work with firm attorneys and clients to draft and negotiate buy/sell agreements and related documents, with emphasis on clear, practical solutions for owners and managers.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Membership in good standing with the Arizona State Bar.
• 3+ years of experience working as an attorney; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage and prioritize numerous client matters simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Transactional associate attorney for corporate and business transaction group at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the corporate and business transaction group to assist with mergers and acquisitions, company, manager, director, and officer liability, business planning and formation, business divorces, and other corporate and LLC business matters, primarily for closely-held businesses and their owners.
