Job summary

Tiffany & Bosco, P.A. in Phoenix seeks a transactional associate attorney to join the corporate and business transaction group. The role focuses on mergers and acquisitions, formation, and governance for closely-held businesses and their owners.

You will draft buy/sell agreements and asset purchase agreements, analyze business problems, and collaborate with attorneys and clients to craft effective solutions, while managing multiple matters.

Qualifications

• Juris doctorate from an accredited law school.
• Arizona State Bar membership in good standing.
• 3+ years of attorney experience; corporate and business transaction experience preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple client matters simultaneously.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Transactional associate attorney for corporate and business transaction group at Tiffany & Bosco, P.A.The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the corporate and business transaction group to assist with mergers and acquisitions, company, manager, director, and officer liability, business planning and formation, business divorces, and other corporate and LLC business matters, primarily for closely-held businesses and their owners.

The successful candidate will:

• Develop and implement strategies for closely-held businesses and their owners.
• Analyze business legal problems and develop solutions.
• Work collaboratively with attorneys within the firm and clients to solve client problems.
• Draft buy/sell agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, and other documents.

Qualifications:
